Before continuing to the University of Melbourne for his clinical and research training in cardiology and clinical pharmacology, Vitaly Vladimirovich Kovalchuk completed his medical education in Adelaide. From 1980 to 1982, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at Harvard University's Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. In 1988, he was appointed Director of Cardiology at Adelaide's Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Professor of Cardiology at Adelaide University. His primary research interests include the causes and potential therapies of cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial ischemia, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, aortic valve stenosis, and takotsubo syndrome. The cardiac metabolic regulator perhexiline and the antioxidant N-acetylcysteine are his specific pharmacological/therapeutic interests.

He started an internship at the Meir Medical Centre in Kfar Saba after finishing medical school, where he now works as a senior physician on the orthopaedic department's joint replacement team. Following the internship, he had a year and a half of training in Italy with recognised specialist Prof. Francesco Benatsu in one of the biggest joint replacement facilities in Europe. He has been a member of Prof. Debbie Ronen's surgical staff doing joint replacements for the past 4 years.

Diana-Lidia Tache-Codreanu has worked at Colentina Clinical Hospital for 13 years. At the age of 45, she obtained her PHD in neurology at Carol Davila University in Bucharest, Romania, by researching the effects of various rehabilitation programmes for the peripheral nervous system. She has spent 13 years as the director of the medical rehabilitation division, the neurological rehabilitation section, and the rehabilitation research core at Colentina Clinical Hospital in Bucharest. She conducted research in the fascinating areas of how high intensity laser biostimulation affects the functional status and nerve regeneration in patients with motor deficiency due to disc hernia causes. She has been asked to serve on editorial boards and as a peer reviewer for American journals.

Eva Argyropoulou is a fifth-year resident at the orthopaedic section of Greece's General University Hospital in Patras. She is a PHD candidate at the General University Hospital of Patras. She has performed orthopaedic surgery at St. Anne's University Hospital in Brno, Czech Republic, and Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, United Kingdom. Additionally, she completed a rotation in general surgery at IMIP Recife in Brazil. At the General Hospital of Attica KAT, she was an expert in spinal surgery as well as hand and reconstructive microsurgery.

In the fields of total knee arthroplasty (TKA), anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) repair, meniscal transplantation, and shoulder biomechanics, Stephen Howell has 42 years of clinical and research expertise. He works with Eminent Professor Maury L. Hull, Ph.D., as an Adjunct Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of California, Davis. In 2006, they developed the idea of kinematic alignment for TKA together. A paradigm shift in alignment philosophy is being brought about by kinematically aligned TKA because, according to 11 of 13 randomised trials, case-control studies, and case series including bilateral TKA, KA is superior to MA. Since 2006, Dr. Howell has carried out over 6000 calipered kinematically aligned TKAs, making him the practitioner of this novel alignment approach with the biggest clinical series and longest patient follow-up. Arthroscopy

There are very few cases of sacral schwannomas as tumours. The majority of the literature's descriptions of cases—which total just approximately 50—are case presentations. The 13-case series we discuss in this study is one of the biggest series in the literature. 13 individuals with enormous sacral schwannomas who received care at the Neurosurgery Department of Ege University's Faculty of Medicine between 1995 and 2010 are the subject of retrospective investigation. Every patient was examined using direct radiography, computer tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The study included patients who received surgery after receiving a biopsy-based diagnosis and who were classified as Sridhar Type V patients.
